The following arrangements apply to school fees and charges:
Term 1, 2024 fee invoices will be emailed to families in the week of December 11, 2023 with a due date of January 12, 2024
You may pay fees and charges by cash/EFTPOS in person, direct deposit, direct debit, cheque, credit card (Visa, AMEX and MasterCard) or by BPay.
Payment of the full year鈥檚 account in advance attracts a 5% discount on the tuition fee, provided the School receives the payment by November 30, 2023.
If you wish to pay in advance, please download and complete the respective form below to assist us in calculating the total fee payable on your account. Please return the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org by 31 October.
If you wish to settle your school fee account by making regular payments, please download and complete the Periodic Payment Arrangement Plan form and email it to email@example.com
by the 16th of December 2023. You will be advised of your payment arrangement amount prior to the start of Term 1.
Registration for those using the charter buses in 2023 will be automatically roll over to 2024. Please advise Leanne Vroonland, the Transport Officer, if you no longer want to use the bus services. If your required bus or stop has changed, please complete and return the School Charter Bus Registration by the 31 October 2023.
